Don’t be nervous! We believe in you!

Cycling classes are 45 minutes long, Yoga & Barre classes are 45-60 minutes long, and we encourage all students to go at their own pace. Don’t take yourself too seriously, we’re all on this journey together so might as well have a little fun:)

Prepping for Class

  • Leggings or bike shorts are best, try to avoid loosely fitting pants. Cycling cleats are not required - Our pedals have cages for regular tennis shoes on one side, and the other side you can clip in! (SPD Compatible)

  • If you’re doing Yoga or Barre, bring your mat! We do have loaners if needed. Bare feet are recommended for Yoga, and grippy socks are recommended for Barre.

  • Bring water or purchase at the front before class. We provide all equipment, and have towels available for you.

  • Try to arrive at least 10 minutes before class. We will help you with setting up your bike and go over any questions you may have. We’re happy to share tips for a comfortable and confident class experience!

During Your Class

  • Have fun! All options given during your class are just that… optional! This is a judgment-free zone and we will always encourage doing what’s best for YOU.

  • Don’t be afraid to make some noise or cheer your neighbors on - together is always easier than alone.

  • Stay through the end for your well deserved and much needed stretch.

After Class

  • Meet new friends and chat with old ones!

  • Share your feedback! Stop by the front desk or talk to your instructor to let us know about your experience.
